INAM number 8220 now free for policyholders

The National Health Insurance Institute (INAM) has announced a new measure aimed at strengthening its policy of proximity to its policyholders. From now on, the number 8220 will be accessible free of charge to all users, regardless of their telephone provider.

This initiative aims to facilitate communication between INAM and its beneficiaries, making access to information and assistance simpler and more equitable. The institute is thus committed to continuously improving the quality of its services, as part of the implementation of Universal Health Insurance (AMU).

Within the framework of the AMU, the INAM manages the following categories:

• Public officials and similar
• Holders of civil and military pensions
• Vulnerable people
