Togo: Toll fees revised downwards for certain vehicles

In Togo, new toll rates will take effect nationwide starting Thursday, July 28. The government decided on Wednesday to lower toll prices for certain vehicles.

This measure is part of the support actions for the population, deployed by the executive in response to the impact of the crises on the cost of living.

In fact, minibuses with 9 to 15 seats will now pay 500 FCFA instead of 600 FCFA as was the case since the last readjustment. Heavy goods vehicles with 4 and 5 axles will pay 3000 FCFA instead of 3500, those with 6 and 7 axles, 3500 FCFA instead of 4000 FCFA and those with 8 axles and more will pay 5000 FCFA per trip instead of 7000 FCFA until now.
