Togo has a new government

The President of the Council, Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé, formalized this Wednesday, October 8, the formation of a new government for the Togolese Republic, thus marking a significant step in the governance of the country.

The new government consists of the following members:

  • Minister of Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Housing: Mr. Kodjo Sevon-Tépé Adedze
  • Minister for Relations with Parliament and Institutions: Mr. Gilbert Bawara
  • Minister of Finance and Budget: Mr. Essowè Georges Barcola
  • Minister for Public Service Efficiency and Digital Transformation: Ms. Cina Lawson
  • Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, African Integration and Togolese Abroad: Prof. Robert Komlan Edoh Dussey
  • Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Animal Resources and Food Sovereignty: Mr. Antoine Lekpa Gbegbeni
  • Minister of Territorial Administration, Local Governance and Customary Affairs: Colonel Hodabalo Awaté
  • Minister of Environment, Forest Resources, Coastal Protection and Climate Change: Prof. Komlan Dodzi Kokoroko
