Opening of the national recruitment competition for scientific high schools in Lomé and Kara

The Ministry of Primary, Secondary, Technical Education and Crafts officially launched on Monday, August 21, the process of recruiting students for the scientific high schools of Lomé and Kara for the next school year.

A total of 80 places, or 40 per establishment, are made available to Togolese students of both sexes aged 17 or under at the time of the competition, and having obtained an average equal to or greater than 16/20 during the last BEPC session.

The competition, scheduled for September 12, will be held in two phases: a pre-selection based on grades obtained in specific subjects, followed by a written competition organized in several writing centers across the country.

Candidates have until Wednesday, August 30 to submit their application files to the Regional Education Directorates (DRE) throughout the country.
