National Competition: 4,435 teachers provisionally admitted
On Monday, August 18, the Ministry of Public Service announced the provisional results of the national recruitment competition for civil servant teachers, which was held in December 2024. This competition concerned teachers in preschool, primary, as well as general, technical and vocational secondary schools.
A total of 4,435 candidates have been provisionally admitted. Among them, 772 teachers are assigned to preschool, 1,629 to primary school, 1,104 to lower secondary school, 455 to upper secondary school, and 475 to technical education. The ministry specified that these new teachers will have to undergo "mandatory training to deepen their academic knowledge in their chosen specialties and to strengthen their professional teaching skills, as well as an assessment."
The results are available on the official website of the ministry, as well as at the ministry's headquarters and in the regional education or labor directorates, in the various regional capitals.
This new recruitment is part of the government's efforts to improve the national education system and increase the teaching force. The goal is to guarantee quality education and provide adequate support for students at all levels of education.
