JCI Lomé Flamboyant opens its doors to new members

True to its unwavering commitment, the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Lomé Flamboyant once again distinguished itself remarkably on February 15, 2020. This involved the realization of an important activity called "flamboyant opportunities." This event took place at SYNBANK in Lomé, under the watchful eye of Mr. Francis Amakoé FOLI, 2020 National President of JCI Togo. Also noteworthy was the remarkable presence of all the members of the organization as well as many guests.

JCI LF Members

A few days after the official launch of the 2020 mandate of JCI Lomé Flamboyant (JCI-LF), the organization is actively embarking on its projects. This was demonstrated through the flamboyant opportunity project, which is actually an open day to raise awareness of JCI in general. "We are introducing the public, Togolese youth, to exactly what we do, our vision, and our values," explained JCI Lomé Flamboyant 2020 President Rabi MAMOUDOU.

The goal of this activity is to raise awareness of the organization in order to recruit new members. These members must still have a source of income that allows them to meet the financial requirements of the association. Ultimately, the JCI LF aims to recruit around twenty people during the year.

The president recalled that young people aged 18 to 40 who join the organization benefit from several opportunities. These include personal development, business development, and fulfillment in all areas. "Joining the JCI allows young people to benefit from several free training courses that cost more elsewhere. These training courses also allow beneficiaries to bring about change in their communities," according to Rabi MAMOUDOU.

Seduced by the various presentations that filled the meeting, a young participant who is not a member of JCI tells us about his satisfaction: "First of all, I thank my friend who invited me. I often hear about JCI but I never knew what it really is. This meeting finally allowed me to do so; and without lying, I don't think I'll leave without joining. I'll stay."

Remember that the doors of JCI LF remain wide open to welcome young people concerned about their development and that of their community. Several activities are planned for this year again.
