Free Baccalaureate Duplicates at Kara University

A free fairground operation for the issuance of duplicate transcripts and certificates of the baccalaureate, second part, will begin on Monday, October 13, 2025 at the University of Kara. This initiative, set up by the Baccalaureate Office, will run until October 17, thus offering new baccalaureate holders and former students the opportunity to complete all the necessary procedures on site to obtain their duplicates within a shortened period.

The main objective of this operation is to bring the Office's services closer to users and facilitate access to essential documents for higher education. Applicants will need to provide a photocopy of their birth certificate as well as a copy of their transcript or baccalaureate certificate. The operation is entirely free of charge and aims to produce and issue approximately 30,000 duplicates.

In addition to this service provision, the initiative represents a significant step towards the digitalization of the issuance of duplicates. Martin Gangue, Director General of the BAC Office, said: " This experimental phase will allow us to test procedures and evaluate technical aspects before the full implementation of the online system ."
