Cinematic brilliance: The 7th SNCT 2023 opens its doors with a memorable ceremony

Togolese Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Kossi Lamadokou opened the ceremony with a passionate speech, expressing his gratitude to all those involved in promoting cinema in Togo. He emphasized that this initiative is in line with the enlightened vision of President Faure Essozimna GNASSINGBE, and called for collective support to ensure the success of this project.
A notable feature of this edition was the opening to neighboring countries, with Niger as guest of honor. This initiative was welcomed by all, as it helped promote the exchange of experiences between Togolese and foreign filmmakers, particularly Nigeriens, thus strengthening cultural exchange and contributing to peace and social cohesion in the sub-region.
